Respect & Equality

- •Be honest in all your listings and communications
- •Respond to messages professionally and in a timely manner
What's Not Allowed
- ✗Fraud & Deception: Fake listings, false information, or misrepresentation of properties
- ✗Harassment: Bullying, threats, or harassment of other community members
- ✗Illegal Activity: Any promotion of illegal activities or substances
- ✗Offensive Content: Hate speech, offensive language, or inappropriate imagery
- ✗Spam: Unsolicited commercial messages or repetitive posting
- ✗Privacy Violations: Sharing others' personal information without consent
Honest Listings & Fair Pricing
- •Provide accurate descriptions of properties including condition, amenities, and restrictions
- •Use recent, genuine photos of the actual property
- •Disclose all fees and terms upfront
- •Price properties fairly based on market conditions
- •Update listings promptly when properties are no longer available
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- • Warning from our support team
- • Temporary account suspension
- • Permanent account termination
- • Referral to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected
