Rental Agreements & Liability
SpaceLinkBW is a platform that facilitates connections between renters and landlords. We do not:
- • Enter into rental agreements as a party
- • Guarantee the accuracy of property listings
- • Assume liability for disputes between users
- • Guarantee lease compliance or property conditions
Renters and landlords are solely responsible for negotiating, documenting, and enforcing their own rental agreements. SpaceLinkBW is not liable for any disputes arising from rental transactions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on SpaceLinkBW are provided on an 'as is' basis. SpaceLinkBW makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SpaceLinkBW or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SpaceLinkBW, even if SpaceLinkBW or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to SpaceLinkBW immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

SpaceLinkBW may revise these terms of service for the website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
